About Us

Let us be your player's BFF!

Bright Future Fundamentals (BFF) is an organization which was created to support youth between the ages of 4-13 years old who want to build a solid foundation in athletics. It is our hope to help student athletes achieve this goal by focusing on their fundamentals in order to build on their physical skills and apply them to various sports. We at BFF believe that by creating a safe and positive learning environment we can improve your athletes self confidence, athletic ability, and overall mental health.

Our Story

BFF was founded by Lisa and William Mosley who have over 50 years of combined years experience in athletics. Lisa a former high school all-star, Ivy League graduate, Gardenville Coach of the Year - 2019, Gardenville Baseball T-Ball coordinator, and "Sports Mom". While her husband William, is a collegiate athlete, 2019 & 2018 Gardenville Baseball 7-9 Champions head coach, and "Sports Dad." While being a player, a coach, and parent they both noticed deficiencies in the sports instruction that many children are receiving at the introductory and intermediate levels. After watching their sons play recreational sports, all-star games, tournaments, and volunteering over the last 10 years without real direction, they decided to use their experiences and knowledge in order to create a brighter future based in fundamentals for student athletes like yours.

BFF is currently sponsored by Owings Mills Spartan Baseball, Baltimore Urban Baseball Associations (BUBA), The P.E.A.C.E Team, and Something Majestic Services.
